Ok, so this one requires a bit more effort. By that, I mean, it requires an iron.
That used to be a deterrent because I didn't want to ruin my iron. But I got myself a mini-sized one recently. I had searched for a craft iron, but traveling irons seemed to be what Amazon felt I needed. Who am I to argue.
So if you got yourself an iron that you don't mind possibly getting gunky, this technique is super fun.

Supplies Needed:
Also...
a heat gun or blow dryer
iron
Step 1:
Stamp your clear ink onto your glossy paper with a background stamp.

Step 2:
Cover the stamped image with clear embossing powder.

Do it over a piece of paper big enough to collect the excess.
Step 3:
Heat your paper until the embossing powder is melted.

Step 4:
Add drops of alcohol ink onto a piece of felt.

Step 5:
Pounce two or more colors of alcohol ink over the paper with the melted design image...

....till it's totally covered.

Step 6:
Lay a clean piece of paper over your inked paper.

Step 7:
Press your heated iron onto the papers. Do it just long enough to tell the embossing powder has melted onto the top piece of paper.

Step 8:
Gently peel the top paper off your original paper.

You should be able to see the stamped image clearly.

And on the paper you put on top, there should be the reverse design.

Pretty cool, huh?
Here's another one I made:
